The 9th Annual Engineering Idol High School Design Competition took place on Saturday March 5th, 2016 at the University of Toronto. This year’s theme was Engineering Abilities: An Innovative Prosthetic Design. Students from 13 schools in the GTA designed prosthetic limbs geared at fulfilling different functions and activities. In partnership with the University of Toronto and War Amps, students were able to learn about the technical and human aspects of designing for disability.
Organizers would like to congratulate all participants on their designs and ingenuity.
